Schedule and monitor a pipeline

Scheduling

To configure the schedule:

  1. Expand the Options (ellipses) menu in the project header, and click Schedule.
  2. Select a Frequency
  3. Click the Enabled toggle in the top right corner to enable the schedule.

Configure alerts and notifications

  1. If you want to enable the alerts on full job, click the Alerts on the full job toggle, then enter the email address you want to receive notifications and alerts at.

TIP: You can choose the type of notifications and alerts that you’d like to receive. Check the Start, Success, and/or Failure to get notifications for those types of scenarios.

  1. Then, click Schedule on the bottom right corner.

Deploy the scheduled pipeline

To run your schedule, you must first save your project as a draft, and publish it.

Save your project as a draft

  1. To save your project as a draft, click Save to Draft in the top right corner.
  2. Review or update the AI generated versioning description, then click Save.

Publish your project

Publishing the project will allow the pipeline to run automatically based on the time you configure.

  1. To publish your project, click Publish in the top right corner.
  2. In the Select the fabric(s) to publish dropdown, select your desired fabric and click Publish.

Monitoring

To monitor your deployed projects, review scheduled pipelines, and audit your run history, click Observability.

The Deployed Projects tab contains projects that you, or someone in your team published to Prophecy fabrics.

The Scheduled Pipelines tab contains scheduled pipelines in projects deployed to Prophecy fabrics.
